the Wedding | Colleen + Kurt – Tennessee River Place

I am so excited to show off these photos.  For the past year, the TN River Place has been one of my favorite locations, and we have been dying to shoot a wedding there.  Colleen and Kurt are the first of several of our couples getting married at the TN River Place this year.  It is a gorgeous venue right on the riverfront, with a hacienda-like main house and beautifully landscaped lawn and gardens.

Colleen and Kurt have a beautiful story and you can tell simply by their presence together that there is deep rooted love in their relationship!  I’m always so excited to be around people who truly love each other.  We spent the morning out at Reflection riding (no, TN River Place does not have horses–but they do have buffalo!), and got to take family photos and some bridal shots (see below) at Colleen’s grandmother’s old house!  The house she lived in is now a part of this beautiful park just off Lookout Mountain.  It was truly neat to be able to take photos in a location that held such dear family history to the bride’s family!  Congrats to both of you Colleen + Kurt.  Thanks for letting us be a part of your big day!
