I had the absolute privledge of traveling back to Waco, TX to photograph Cindy + Austin’s wedding earlier this summer. I was able to spend the entire weekend with the two of them and their fabulous families. Austin + Cindy both attended Baylor university and were each other’s college sweethearts, even though they eventually ended their relationship and married other people. Though those marriages ended, they were reconnected to each other and eventually fell in love (again) and decided to get married where it all began.

Their ceremony was in the historic Armstrong Browning Library on Baylor’s campus. Though you may have never been, you may recognize it. The story is that some of the artists that worked on Disney’s Beauty & the Beast were Baylor grads who used this library as inspiration for the great dance scened that is so familiar to all who have seen the movie. It’s large, majestic marble columns truly create a stunning atmosphere for any ceremony!
I could not be more thrilled with the vendors I got to meet and work with while in Waco. The entire weekend was organized and coordinated to Jenn and her husband at Blue Goose Celebrations, and the incredible food and sweets (yes, that is homemade Ice Cream and an assortment of homemade pies and cobblers!) were courtesy of the eclectic and fabulous people of Catering with a Twist.
